coconut milk has many benefits to Mark, lowers blood sugar, helps prevent anemia, from what i found while i was researching it has more minerals like potassium, magnesium, selenium, iron and zinc, it lowers blood pressure helps build up muscle, it high in electrolytes, decreases joint inflammation, the lauric acid in coconut milk is also an effective antibacterial it helps build up the immune system and body defenses. i  think you could keep eating the almonds(soaked) and you can add coconut milk to your smoothies..:)

I was drawn to almonds after researching what dietary changes would help with a friends medical condition, the nut contains a lot of affordable health benefits. I haven't been able to get used to the almonds taste yet (in milk) but I enjoy them a lot in nut form.

I'll attempt to condition myself to the taste if there really is that much benefit over say coconut milk? Or would you recommend putting both into my weekly diet?
