Hi Patrick,apologies for being so very long in reply to that.At age 17 I was a novice monk in a Catholic Monastry called Marrianhill Monastry in Natal,South Africa.It was there I gathered a distrust for men who wear dresses.(haha,little joke)I saw a photo of my Guru in a book I happened to pick up,and that was it.No flashing lights,no trumpets,no personal letter from the heavenily abode.I thought I was ready to go within straight away.Since then all my faults and intolerances have hit me.Lot to learn and unlearn.Same for all..

Hi Patrick,re crystals..Tried them a while back and failed to see any impact.I recently read a piece on how to first off..ASK them if they want to volinteer to work with you..Big change from just grabbing them and assuming they are some sort of thing to MAKE them do something..RESPECT and LOVE..feel them interact as loving beings willing and free to give us their energies..better result ...something real..feel the tingeling i guess..
