Chulen (Bchu len) is a Tibetan word meaning "taking the essence". They function in Tibetan Medicine as a kind of "super vitamin", and act to replenish the deepest energy in the body. They are made for and taken by some of the greatest Masters alive today, such as Chatral Rinpoche, Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche, and many others. These authentic Chulen are not available elsewhere.

These particular Chulen are made by the famous Tibetan doctor Ngawang Drakpa and consecrated through a detailed ayurvedic procedure.

When taking the pills it is common to feel increased energy, surprising mental clarity, greater physical strength, less need for sleep, a decreased appetite, a more joyous mood, and a considerable deepening of spiritual practice and meditation. These pills are full of what the Tibetans call (jinlab) and change for the better will certainly accompany their regular use.

From a Chinese medical perspective these pills can replenish what is known as "ancestral" or "prenatal" jing. This energy is usually gone when depleted and cannot be refreshed once exhausted. The special feature of this formula is to target exactly this energy, rebuilding one's base from the ground up.

Rejuvenate your whole self with Chulen.

Chulen is Tibetan for “taking the essence” and is connected with the ancient Indian tradition of rejuvenation called Rasayana. These pills act to replenish the deepest energy in the body and can help to extend the life and increase the health of those who take them. Chulen can be used in two ways: one as a replacement for food and the other as a type of super vitamin. The practice of replacing food with chulen and eating only two or three pills each day is famous throughout Tibetan history and there are stories of such luminaries as Yeshe Tsogyal, Nyala Pema Dudul and Adzom Drukpa living for many years simply on essence pills such as these. In this contemplative tradition of chulen, the pills are used in conjunction with various physical yogas and meditations in order to recognize the nature of awareness and its relationship to the pure essence of the elements. In the process, the practitioner gradually gives up solid food and takes only pills. The accomplishment of the practice is the development of the ability to live on the pure essence of the elements alone.

In a recent commentary on the practice of Chulen it is stated:

"Chu is the essential substance of the elements: it maintains the physical body and, if our energy is uncoordinated, it co-ordinates it, if it is weak, it reinforces it. Therefore, chulen is useful, above all, to harmonize energy and develop clarity...The Body of Light (Jalu) can manifest when the principles of meditation are combined with Chulen.”

These particular chulen pills are prepared by the Lama and doctor Ngawang Drakpa, a Tibetan physician in Kathmandu, Nepal, for many master's personal use personal use. They are made according to strict instructions.

Good day Duane I have done thorough research on the Arsenic claims and they are bogus. In an effort to discredit Ayurvedic medicine some western researchers unfairly measured the amounts of Arsenic within various Ayurvedic products and found traces of Arsenic. What they did not say is the amount found was so minute that just about all medicines, especially western medicines, contain even more but both are well under the safety limits. Arsenic is a biproduct of the fermentation of various compounds and is not harmful in that stage. When the term Arsenic is used it is immediately confused for the far more dangerous  Arsenic chemical by itself. So in short the article and study is very misleading and has already been debunked which you will see when you research further.

Did a lot of research on the ingredients herein, and have found that about a 1/4 of the herbs inside have reportedly inhibited the growth of  tumors and specific types of cancer. This product also strengthens your intestines and the ability for your body to receive the most nutrients from foods. Check for yourself!, this product is very interesting, just received a few days ago and my overall energy levels have definitely gone up. Mind you it does taste nasty! lol!, definitely crush it up after soaking in warm water then swallow with water :)
