    I am not sure what the vibratory assessment is, I pretty much asses myself...lol. I was watching some videos online and found sevan on youtube. How about you? where are you and how much of the knowledge have you been able to understand/innerstand? also do you live in england?

    The gist of what I do goes like this:

    1st I take some 5-HTP 30 mins to an hour before sleep. This forces the body into a non REM sleep which when it wears off in 4-5 hours forces the body into uninterrupted REM sleep which is ideal for lucid dreaming. This effect is termed REM rebound.

    2nd when i wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep usually around 3 - 4:30 am, I take some galantamine & choline. This increases acetylcholine a neurotransmitter in the brain, in a nutshell it produces chemicals that are more present during the waking state than the sleeping. The galantamine & choline keeps me from falling asleep to much, its a feeling of being between awake and asleep. So I just lay there almost like in a meditation state while I wait to go lucid. Sometimes you go through what feels like a ride of vibrations throughout the body sometimes not. When you feel the vibrations you have to just be partial to them & not get to excited or responsive to them or you might fail all together  

    The 1st time I tried this method I went lucid so it most defiantly works. I thinks its more like a backdoor into the lucid state but its helpful because you get the feeling for it for the days not taking the supplements.
