Sleep stages are divided into two main categories: non-REM sleep and REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, where dreams typically occur. Over the course of the night a sleeper will cycle through the five stages of sleep a number of times with the REM stages lasting longer and longer towards morning.

I was finally able to catch up with my spiritual counselor on yesterday and he told me that whatever I dream about is always about me. So, obviously Gloria is some part of myself. May not have been a good thing that I fought to remove her from me. I'm still trying to perfect knowing when I'm dreaming. R-More, I'm still trying to study more into exactly how Karma works. I think that what it means involves more of Cause and Effect. Whatever you put out into the universe; anything that you do, causes a ripple effect. Not sure that it means that it's always coming directly back to you in the same manner of which you put it out.

Never seen her before in my life. It's really interesting how when sleeping at night we seem to develop strong bonds and relationships with people we've never met in our waking state. I wonder sometimes if it's a subconscious thing such as seeing people that we never really paid attention to, or if we are remembering people from our past.

She had blonde hair and was very stoic and had a disciplinarian deposition. Haven't encountered her or anyone else named Gloria during my dream lucidity. I have experienced interaction with a variety of entities during my lucid dreaming; however, during my lucid dreams, my perception of the way entities appear, is vastly different than the way that human beings appear to me in the physical realm. Perhaps, I just interpret things different when I return to the physical. I am curious, now, how others describe the entities they encounter during the lucid dreams? Are the beings I encounter in the astral really what I think they appear as, or, are they subject to the way my brain tries to make sense of the non physical experience when I try to recount the lucid dream experience?? Any one know about that? Would love to hear anyone's perspective on that.

Hmmm....will I have a 3rd tonight? I wonder what this means.

Night one: I was possessed by a woman name Gloria who I only knew was there when I looked into the mirror and saw her attached to the right side of my face. I fought to get her off and finally she went away. Then I went into a dream about finding and walking up this large pyramid. Night two: I dreamed that I and a bunch of people were battling entities. Then we came across one soo strong that it was able to possess and cause everyone to turn against us. Only three of us weren't possessed. We went back to regroup and put on more armor and had to fight our friends and wound up winning some of them back to our side.

Wonder what these possession dreams mean? If you think you have an idea send me a message.
