This is Wind (Xun) over Lake (Dui).  "Center Returning", or "Inner Truth".

I would go to thomas4art for an explanation of the cross, but if you can make the question a yes or no question his ability is always richly informative :).

This is hexagram 61 from the I Ching it's named  "Center Returning". Other variations include "inner truth" and "central return". I found it interesting that this is hexagram 6+1 which equals Sevan. The cross in the middle is also very interesting and if anyone knows anything more about it i would be glad to learn.
