I've been reading reviews saying that raw maca powder isn't good for you. Is that the kind that's in the video?

Have been on MMS for several weeks now. Using 1 drop of MMS & 1 drop Citric Acid per aprox 72 oz water & results have been pretty amazing for internal cleaning however, now I am becoming somewhat emotional....I wld describe the feeling as "empty". Any thoughts on this? Anyone out there using MMS & if so how long? I was thinking it was something I sh stay on but maybe I'm not suppose to.

Hello, I really liked the ideas of this group. Where is everybody at on their quest for staying activated with super foods? Besides the basics like goji berrries and cleansings and detoxing...what has worked for you? I've got much to share soon ^_^

This would be an example of a lower quality superfood a powder form of Cocoa http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/sweets/5471/2

Massive quantity of vitamins :), I was concerned the powder form was not worth it, but looking at this, I am sure the plant itself has more nutrients whole or in nibs even but its still well worth it.

This site isn't fully up to date on the superfoods, but it does cover many of the well known foods. Do a search for a food type in the top right right.

http://nutritiondata.self.com/

Someone said to me yesterday about being concerned about needing certain proteins so I went and made sure I had all the data fully, its always useful to refresh yourself, and that all my bases are covered. On a vegan diet apart from needing B12 in things like yeast extract, which is a nice top up, you are more than covered. This is a useful resource for your own research and if anyone ever poses such a question to you, on protein for instance bring up:

or even Oats:
http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/cereal-grains-and-pasta/5708/2

A very slight step down on protein from quinoa but a slight step up in other areas, so I do both ;), both cheap and can be bought in bulk. Quinoa is what weight lifters call a complete protein.

Anyway I hope that site helps!
